Jess - Aren't those bike seats great? I got one for Gise when he was about Douwe's age, and he's still using it 1 1/2 years later. I just couldn't bear to put the little guy behind me staring at my back the whole time. I just wish for a little mirror to see the smiles and expressions along the ride!

I LOVE this picture of Douwe on the bike! He has such a little gleam in his eye and looks to be thoroughtly enjoying himself! And I had no idea they made helmets that small!
